Business Development Executive (E-commerce/SaaS): Acquiring and converting Vietnamese prospects into active Printify merchants with an accent on pipeline development, consultative selling, and closing agreements. Location: Remote in Vietnam, Danang; a hybrid setting in the Hanoi office is also mentioned.
Salary: €700–€1,300 gross per year; contractor engagement is available.

What you will do
- Acquire customers by converting leads into active, paying Printify merchants.
- Present and sell Printify products and services to prospective customers.
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Understand merchant business models and demonstrate solutions for their goals and challenges.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements while meeting or exceeding targets.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitors, and e-commerce developments to optimize sales strategies and support merchant onboarding.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- A proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Experience with CRM platforms and analytics tools such as Looker or Power BI.
- Interest in technology, entrepreneurship, and e-commerce, with a self-motivated and collaborative approach.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or print-on-demand.
