Finance Manager (AI & Finance Transformation): Managing financial reporting, FP&A, cash flow, tax, budgeting, statutory accounts, and business partnering in a fast-paced FinTech and digital asset environment with an accent on AI, automation, and scalable finance operations. Focus on driving finance transformation, improving controls and operating models, supporting M&A and forecasting, and delivering data-enabled solutions with Finance and Technology teams.

What you will do

  • Manage financial and management reporting, cash flow, tax, GST, budgeting, statutory accounts, and reconciliations.
  • Support FP&A, forecasting, performance analysis, business partnering, commercial decision-making, and cost optimisation.
  • Drive finance transformation and automation using AI, GenAI, data, and technology.
  • Simplify finance processes, automate manual work, and improve finance operating models, controls, and scalability.
  • Partner with Finance, Technology, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance while liaising with auditors and external advisors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong accounting, analytical, financial modelling, and reconciliation skills.
  • Experience in FP&A, consulting, M&A, or finance transformation.
  • Practical experience or strong interest in AI, automation, data analytics, or financial systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills; strong commercial acumen, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ERP, BI, or workflow automation tools.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and comfort challenging the status quo in a fast-paced environment.
