Advertising Sales Manager (Digital Advertising)

What you will do

• Develop and execute local sales strategies for restaurant and merchant advertising and promotions.
• Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, product adoption, and retention.
• Build partnerships with global brands, franchises, local restaurants, and merchants.
• Lead and motivate a local sales team to exceed advertising revenue targets.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to achieve sales objectives.
• Analyze sales performance, report on ROI and trends, and negotiate and close advertising investment deals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of sales management experience in advertising, restaurants, retail, or related industries.
• Fluency in Latvian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading and motivating a high-performing sales team.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through partnerships or advertising.
