Motion Designer (Mobile Games)

Location: Remote within Spain, Poland, Turkey, or Cyprus; primarily European time zones (UTC to UTC+3).

What you will do

• Produce polished 2D and 3D video creatives for mobile games.
• Apply composition, color, staging, and animation principles to create engaging, performance-driven assets.
• Work with After Effects, Blender, Unity, and modern creative production workflows.
• Collaborate with the Creative Producer, creative developers, and other motion designers.
• Use AI and emerging technologies to improve production speed while maintaining creative control.
• Propose concepts and contribute ideas that improve creative quality and innovation.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Motion Designer in mobile games.
• Hands-on experience creating high-quality 2D and 3D video ads with a focus on performance and marketability.
• Proficiency with Unity, After Effects, Blender, and related production tools.
• Strong visual and animation fundamentals, including composition, color theory, motion quality, and animation principles.
• Ability to work autonomously, make decisions with limited feedback, and balance speed with quality.
• Availability to work remotely from Spain, Poland, Turkey, or Cyprus within UTC to UTC+3 time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for image, video, and workflow optimization.
• Creative ideation experience and the ability to challenge briefs constructively.
• Hand-drawing, storyboarding, sketching, or illustration skills.
