Influence Manager LATAM (Middle / Senior) 🚀
We're looking for an Influence Manager to join our international team (NDA project) and drive influencer partnerships across the LATAM market. We're looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the local influencer landscape, is familiar with the iGaming industry, and can independently build and manage relationships with content creators.

🎯 Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard streamers, bloggers, and influencers across LATAM (with a focus on Mexico, Chile, and Argentina).
Manage the full influencer lifecycle: sourcing, outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
Expand and develop a strong network of local influencers while identifying new collaboration opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with streamers, content creators, and their managers.
Analyze campaign performance using performance-driven metrics.
Evaluate traffic quality and identify signs of fraudulent or low-quality traffic.
Collaborate closely with the internal team to execute influencer campaigns.

🛠 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as an Influence Manager.
• Commercial experience in the iGaming industry (Casino / Sports Betting).
• Strong understanding of the streaming ecosystem and platforms such as Twitch, Kick, and YouTube.
• Passion for gaming and esports, particularly titles such as Counter-Strike, Dota 2, and similar games.
• Understanding of performance marketing and key metrics such as FTD, Deposits, CPA, and ROI.
• Proven ability to independently source and recruit influencers.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience building long-term partnerships.
• Native or Fluent Spanish.
• Intermediate+ English (for communication with the international team).

• An existing network of influencers or agencies across LATAM.
• Experience working in the Mexico, Chile, and Argentina markets.
• Experience promoting products within international companies.
• We're happy to consider candidates without an existing influencer network if they have a proven track record of successfully sourcing and onboarding influencers across the LATAM market.
