TikTok Creator (AI): Building and scaling Creative Fabrica's TikTok channel through high-volume short-form videos about AI products, creativity, trends, and internet culture with an accent on on-camera creation, rapid experimentation, and audience growth. Focus on developing strong hooks, identifying emerging formats, analyzing watch time and engagement data, and turning successful concepts into recurring series.
Location: Full-time, in-office role at the Amsterdam HQ, Netherlands. Includes an annual allowance of 30 work-from-anywhere days.

What you will do
- Own 's TikTok channel and grow its views, reach, and audience.
- Create, present, and publish short-form videos personally, including appearing on camera.
- Develop original concepts around AI, creativity, technology, products, trends, and internet culture.
- Identify emerging TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and conversations and turn them into content quickly.
- Experiment with hooks, personalities, storytelling styles, recurring formats, and high-volume publishing.
- Monitor views, watch time, completion rate, shares, and comments, then build on successful concepts.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience creating TikTok, short-form social, or creator-led content, including growing a TikTok account.
- Demonstrable organic results generating views and engagement.
- Strong understanding of TikTok culture, platform mechanics, hooks, pacing, retention, and short-form storytelling.
- Confidence appearing and speaking on camera with a distinctive public personality.
- Ability to manage production from concept through recording and publication, with basic CapCut or Premiere Pro editing skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English, strong AI curiosity, and a willingness to experiment with creative AI tools.
Nice to have
- Personal TikTok account or portfolio with videos reaching 100K+ or 1M+ organic views.
- Experience building recurring TikTok formats or series with strong comedic, storytelling, or entertainment instincts.
- Experience with AI, technology, creative tools, generative AI, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
- Experience making a brand account feel like a creator account or working in a startup or high-output environment.
