Focus on adapting designs across formats, preparing print and digital artwork, applying client assets to product mock-ups, and developing practical creative work through feedback.
Location: Head Office in Dublin, Harold's Cross; hybrid working model

What you will do
- Support client and internal creative projects with presentations, mood boards, mock-ups, gifting concepts, and merchandise collections.
- Adapt existing designs and templates for different clients, formats, and channels, incorporating feedback and preparing work for reviews and presentations.
- Create accurate production artwork for print, digital, packaging, and product applications using supplied specifications.
- Apply client logos and brand assets to product and packaging mock-ups, assist with sample reviews, and track required updates.
- Maintain visual content for the product catalogue, including product imagery, Shopify uploads, product photography, and sample organisation.
- Collaborate with designers, creatives, production, content, marketing, and B&M teams while managing tasks and communicating progress.
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and creative potential.
- Design qualification or equivalent portfolio experience.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and brand consistency.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, time management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Curiosity, initiative, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
Nice to have
- Experience with Figma, Google Slides, presentation design, artwork preparation, or image retouching.
- Interest in branding, merchandise, packaging, gifting, retail, or product design.
