Location: Brussels, Belgium, with regular travel in France

What you will do

  • Lead, manage, evaluate, and develop the payroll and personnel administration team.
  • Implement global and local payroll administration strategies within established processes and budgets.
  • Optimize and digitize payroll processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Identify improvement opportunities, define clear actions, and align solutions with stakeholder needs.
  • Coordinate day-to-day administration with the shared services center in Bratislava.
  • Participate in compensation and benefits projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Belgian payroll for blue-collar and white-collar workers.
  • Experience optimizing and digitizing payroll processes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build internal networks.
  • Fluent French, Dutch, and English are required.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Evolution/DOTS by Attentia.
  • Experience with Luxembourg and French payroll.
