Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC, United States; onsite presence expected

Salary: Up to US$45,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission

What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Develop clients, negotiate recruitment agreements, and understand talent requirements.
• Identify and headhunt mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals through proactive outreach.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from introductions and interviews through offer negotiation and post-placement support.
• Use technology and data to identify opportunities, track market trends, and improve outreach.
• Maintain consistent activity, ownership, and performance across the recruitment desk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or at least two years of experience in a sales environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style.
• Professionalism, preparation, follow-through, and maturity.
• Demonstrated work ethic through sport, part-time work, internships, or academic experience.
• Ambition, resilience, and willingness to take ownership of results.
