What you will do

  • Review due diligence files and monitor clients and investors for compliance with AML policies and procedures.
  • Process and control client and investor AML documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
  • Prepare management information system reporting for local and global leadership.
  • Manage daily deliverables across multiple AML activities and support AML/KYC escalations from related departments.
  • Assist senior AML management with global projects involving Bermuda, Luxembourg, Ireland, and the Cayman Islands.
  • Participate in internal audits and external AML reviews.

Requirements

  • Strong Investor Services background within a financial services firm.
  • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering standards and procedures.
  • Strong investigative, written, verbal, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Dublin, Ireland.
