What you will do
- Support customer infrastructure based on Mainframe technologies.
- Identify and solve technical problems for customers.
- Work as part of the Mainframe team in Bulgaria.
- Work on shifts and develop practical IT skills through comprehensive training.
Requirements
- Excellent English language skills.
- Good communication skills and willingness to work in a team.
- General IT knowledge.
- Willingness to work on shifts.
- No previous experience is required; training in Mainframe technology is provided.
Nice to have
- Previous IT experience.
- Interest in Mainframe technology and the main components of the z/OS architecture.
