Senior Communication Specialist

What you will do

• Create and edit internal announcements, presentations, newsletters, web content, social media posts, and external communications.
• Ensure communications consistently reflect studio values, mission, tone of voice, and brand guidelines.
• Identify and develop success stories highlighting people, culture, expertise, achievements, and innovation.
• Manage content across intranet and social media platforms, monitoring performance and engagement metrics.
• Support CSR and employee volunteering initiatives, including communications, impact tracking, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project teams, leaders, employees, stakeholders, and the Communication Manager.

Requirements

• English proficiency is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in Communications, PR, CSR, Digital Communications, or Employee Engagement.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and multi-channel content creation skills.
• Experience developing digital content for multiple channels, including social media and web platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
