Systems Infrastructure Engineer

What you will do

• Plan, develop, and deliver infrastructure solutions based on design specifications and operational requirements.
• Maintain and support cloud, virtualized, and on-premises environments, including Windows and Linux systems.
• Configure and improve CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, artifact repositories, and issue tracking tools.
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using scripting and Infrastructure as Code.
• Work with containers and virtualization technologies while implementing and documenting technical changes.
• Analyze incidents, perform root-cause analysis, support SLA and ITSM/ITIL processes, and contribute to security remediation, monitoring, documentation, and stakeholder support.

Requirements

• Around two years of professional experience in system administration, DevOps, infrastructure operations, or a comparable technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• English at B2 level or higher is required for communication and collaboration.
• Practical experience administering, troubleshooting, configuring, and patching both Linux and Windows systems.
• Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD concepts and tools, Infrastructure as Code or configuration management, Bash or Python scripting, containers, virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Structured, analytical, and reliable approach to infrastructure operations.

Nice to have

• Terraform experience, especially with AWS services such as IAM, networking, storage, monitoring, and security.
• Knowledge of VPN, DNS, firewalls, routing, load balancing, certificates, vulnerability management, and security scanning.
• Experience with open-source compliance reporting, Agile or Scrum, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, or the insurance domain.
