Senior Back-end Engineer (Messaging and Caching Platform)

What you will do

• Architect and build hirify.global's Messaging and Caching Platform.
• Develop durable software capable of processing terabytes to petabytes of data daily.
• Improve platform stability and performance while maintaining 99.99%–99.999% availability.
• Design, monitor, and operate scalable, reliable, and highly available platform services.
• Collaborate with internal customer teams and external partners to deliver platform solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Business-level English communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale software infrastructure.
• Strong AWS cloud development and operations experience.
• Expertise in distributed systems and data-processing frameworks such as Kafka and Spark.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems, collaborate effectively, and learn new technologies quickly.
