IT Developer Engineer (Python+AI)

What you will do

• Design, code, test, and maintain critical software components.
• Participate in design and code reviews while working with senior team members to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and debug complex production problems with engineering and support teams.
• Develop and document software requirements and specifications.
• Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to architectural decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 4 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year in a similar software engineering role.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and software development methodologies.
• Strong coding, debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with software development practices and effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Relevant certifications or training.
