AI Social Media Coordinator

Location: Fully remote within the Philippines. Standard working hours are Tuesday to Saturday, approximately 6:00am–3:00pm or 7:00am–4:00pm Philippine Time, corresponding to Monday to Friday, 3:00pm–12:00 midnight Pacific Time.

Salary: USD 8,000–10,000 per year, depending on experience, on a full-time contractor contract.

What you will do

• Schedule, review, coordinate, and publish social content across YouTube channels and social networks.
• Optimize YouTube titles, thumbnails, copy, metadata, and publishing checks.
• Monitor and respond to audience comments and messages, escalating sensitive or complex interactions.
• Coordinate assets, captions, approvals, account access, platform requirements, timings, and client expectations.
• Use AI tools and workflow systems for calendar planning, content checks, research, audits, reporting, and documentation.
• Research audiences, shows, movies, competitors, and platform updates while improving internal processes and escalation routes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in social media coordination, publishing, community management, content operations, or adjacent digital work.
• Practical experience using AI tools and the ability to review their output critically.
• Strong attention to detail across copy, timing, assets, approvals, links, account selection, and platform requirements.
• Clear written communication, sound judgment, and the ability to identify risks, blockers, and required decisions.
• Strong organization across multiple accounts, deadlines, and stakeholders, with experience using publishing, spreadsheet, project management, and documentation tools.
• Ability to work the stated Tuesday-to-Saturday Philippine Time schedule while based in the Philippines.

Hiring process

• Attend a 60-minute Microsoft Teams interview, followed by a short task assessing attention to detail and communication.
• A follow-up 30-minute Microsoft Teams interview may be held with the Chief Operating Officer.
