Senior Content Operations Specialist (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Mexico City, Mexico

What you will do

• Define and maintain content refresh, update, archival, and retirement criteria across internal and external properties.
• Run recurring content inventories and audits across websites, resource centers, Highspot, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Adobe DAM, Salesforce, and related platforms.
• Use approved AI tools for classification, summarization, analysis, gap identification, documentation, and workflow automation.
• Translate business needs into requirements, business rules, acceptance criteria, and workflow specifications.
• Review AI-assisted output for accuracy, traceability, accessibility, brand alignment, confidentiality, and content quality, defining human-review and escalation controls.
• Build measurement frameworks, playbooks, intake processes, decision logs, and prioritized improvement plans in collaboration with cross-functional marketing teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years with a Master’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in content operations, content governance, editorial operations, marketing operations, knowledge management, information architecture, or a related field.
• Current practical experience using AI tools for research, classification, summarization, analysis, documentation, or workflow automation.
• Experience with content inventories, audits, lifecycle governance, quality assurance, taxonomies, metadata models, or digital asset environments.
• Working knowledge of Highspot, web CMS platforms, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Adobe DAM, Salesforce, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
• Professional working proficiency in English is required, including confidence presenting to and aligning with US-based stakeholders.
