What you will do
- Develop and maintain Business Impact Analyses by coordinating operational assessments and challenging stakeholder assumptions.
- Maintain Business Continuity Plans and Crisis Management Plans, integrating ICT continuity and recovery plans with senior IT management.
- Plan local resilience testing programs and coordinate their execution.
- Provide guidance on regulatory resilience and incident management requirements, including DORA.
- Monitor local incident management, coordinate lessons learned, and drive continuous improvements.
- Develop resilience awareness programs, policies, strategies, and objectives while overseeing regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a second-line Risk Management or Control Function role.
- Strong knowledge of resilience and business continuity best practices and frameworks.
- Knowledge of DORA, including incident and business continuity management.
- Experience with strongly regulated institutions or industries.
- Self-driven approach, sound ethics, initiative, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to present to and influence executive audiences, with experience in matrix organizations.
