Resilience Officer

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the company’s Business Impact Analysis by coordinating operational assessments and challenging stakeholder assumptions.
• Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans and Crisis Management Plans, integrating ICT continuity and recovery plans with senior IT management.
• Develop and plan local test programs and coordinate their execution with senior IT management.
• Provide expert guidance on regulatory resilience and incident management requirements, including DORA.
• Monitor and oversee local incident management, driving continuous improvements and capturing lessons learned.
• Implement local business continuity and resilience awareness programs and oversee compliance with regulatory requirements locally and globally.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a 2nd line Risk Management and/or Control Function role.
• Excellent knowledge of resilience and business continuity best practices and frameworks.
• Knowledge of DORA, including incident and business continuity management.
• Experience in or with strongly regulated institutions and industries.
• Ability to present and influence decision-making with executive audiences.
• Experience working in matrix organizations.
