Salary: $103,000–$135,000 per year for a 36-hour weekly schedule. The offer may vary based on geographic location, experience, and skill level.

What you will do
- Provide relationship-based primary care while practicing autonomously at the top of the license.
- Deliver preventive care, routine wellness services, health education, and acute care.
- Manage chronic diseases and support long-term patient health outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with patients and collaborate through regular provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds.
- Use clinical resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD to support patient care.
Requirements
- Active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification required.
- Independent practice provider status preferred where permitted by state regulations.
- Federal DEA number preferred and potentially required for full prescribing ability.
- CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
- Independent family practice experience with wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred.
