Senior Security Solutions Architect (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead technical strategy for complex pre-sales opportunities and strategic enterprise deals.
• Translate executive-level customer security and compliance requirements into end-to-end hirify.global and partner-integrated architectures.
• Design and deliver architecture workshops, whiteboarding sessions, technical deep dives, and executive presentations.
• Architect and direct complex Proof of Concept and Proof of Value engagements.
• Lead partner technical enablement, joint solution development, and managed security service initiatives.
• Act as a technical liaison across customers, partners, Product Management, and Engineering while mentoring Solutions Architects and TAMs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, solution architecture, partner engineering, or customer-facing security architecture.
• Deep hands-on experience with the hirify.global platform in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience working with partners, MSSPs, alliances, or channel organisations in technical leadership, enablement, or solution development.
• Expertise across asset management, vulnerability management, patching, policy and compliance, cloud security, application security, and threat detection and response.
• Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI, plus security and compliance frameworks.
• Executive-level communication skills and experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders, with practical use of AI, automation, scripting, or workflow optimisation.

• Experience supporting major enterprise customers and strategic partners.
• Experience architecting managed security services, integrations, or joint solution architectures.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, cloud-native security, and mature security operations.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CCNP, or public cloud certifications.
