Solution Consultant (CPG / Manufacturing) (Supply Chain Software and Machine Learning): Designing and implementing tailored supply chain solutions for manufacturing and consumer packaged goods customers with an accent on business process discovery, software configuration, system integration, and customer value delivery. Focus on analyzing planning and scheduling challenges, configuring data-driven solutions with SQL, leading testing and adoption activities, and resolving critical incidents.

What you will do
- Collaborate with customers to understand business objectives and supply chain planning needs.
- Design tailored supply chain solutions with cross-functional teams to improve customer profitability.
- Configure and integrate the platform with customers’ existing systems and processes.
- Lead testing to ensure solutions meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Guide customers in maximizing product value, efficiency, and user adoption.
- Provide ongoing support, resolve critical incidents, and drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Relevant academic background in business, engineering, supply chain management, computer science, data analytics, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in solution design, consulting, supply chain operations, or software implementation, ideally with SaaS or ERP/planning systems.
- Experience in manufacturing operations and a solid understanding of planning and scheduling challenges.
- Strong data analytics, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, including proficiency with SQL.
- Experience leading customer-facing testing, quality assurance, training, or user adoption activities.
- Fluent English is required. German is an advantage.
