IT Solutions Engineer II (AI)

Location: Flexible hybrid model; in-person interviews may be required for positions based in Boston or Dublin.

Salary: $90,000–$113,000 USD annual base salary / OTE.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain integrations between SaaS applications and core enterprise systems using Boomi and Okta Workflows.
• Build workflow automations that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
• Support and optimize the corporate SaaS stack, including Glean and Claude.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, debug automation scripts, and identify recurring root causes.
• Document workflows, automations, runbooks, and platform configurations.
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions involving system dependencies and data flows.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience administering or building integrations in a corporate IT environment.
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as Boomi.
• Knowledge of APIs, OAuth, API keys, data mapping, webhooks, and basic error handling.
• Ability to write or maintain automation scripts or rules using Python, JavaScript, Jira Automation, Okta Workflows, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with SaaS administration for collaboration, productivity, or identity platforms such as Atlassian, Google Workspace, or Okta.
• Strong written communication, documentation, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills.
