Junior Fund Accountant (Finance)

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

What you will do

• Process transactions, verify information, and escalate problem items.
• Support daily net asset value execution for commingled investment portfolios, including capital stock, expenses, corporate actions, cash, and special handling.
• Identify and resolve accounting breaks and follow up on open inquiries.
• Maintain timely and accurate daily deliverables in line with team quality standards.
• Manage production reporting and contribute to management reporting, including cash breaks, past dues, and analysis.
• Collaborate with other departments and improve productivity while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent accounting work experience.
• Fluent English at C1 level is required.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve problems.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills, strong organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
