Odoo Developer (Odoo)

Location: Remote from Poland or Cyprus

hirify.global is hiring for the technical evolution of a business-critical Odoo ERP ecosystem.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Odoo solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Build and customize Odoo modules, improve existing implementations, and maintain clean, sustainable code.
• Lead architectural decisions and the technical direction of Odoo initiatives.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Enforce coding, testing, documentation, and code review standards.
• Mentor developers and support predictable, high-quality releases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience; Odoo 16+ is preferred.
• Experience leading or mentoring developers.
• Strong Python skills and deep knowledge of Odoo architecture, ORM, and module structure.
• Solid PostgreSQL and business-application data-modeling experience.
• Experience designing scalable architectures and making pragmatic technical decisions.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, code reviews, and daily AI development tools. Upper-intermediate English required.

Nice to have

• Performance optimization experience.
• Experience with third-party integrations, including APIs, REST, and XML-RPC.
• Strong Odoo frontend expertise.
