Identity and Access Management Consultant (Oracle IAM)

What you will do

• Design, implement, configure, troubleshoot, and tune Oracle Identity and Access Management products, including OIM, OID, OAM, OIF, OEG, and ForgeRock Suite.
• Administer the Oracle Identity Management Suite and support changes and upgrades to existing IAM systems.
• Deliver functional and technical Identity and Access Management solutions as an individual contributor or team collaborator.
• Validate that security solutions and architecture designs use security components appropriately to meet enterprise requirements.
• Identify cross-team issues and communicate them to the appropriate leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another analytical or technical field.
• 3+ years of experience designing and architecting IAM solutions.
• 2+ years of experience deploying and managing J2EE applications, n-tier web applications, and databases.
• 2+ years of experience with at least one IAM product, such as Oracle OAM/IDM, OEM, IBM Tivoli Identity Manager or Access Manager, CA SiteMinder/Identity Manager, or PingFederate.
• 2+ years of experience with directory services such as IBM Security Directory Server, Oracle Directory Services, Novell eDirectory, or CA Directory.
• Experience with SSO, identity federation, resource provisioning, PACS, logical access control, enterprise directory architecture, SAML v2, reverse proxies, LDAP, directory synchronization, role-based authentication, identity reconciliation, levels of assurance, and identity governance.
