Reliability & Mechanical Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead and implement the site reliability program and improve equipment quality control.
• Apply SAP, Meridium, RCM, reliability modeling, equipment history analysis, failure prediction, and other reliability tools.
• Prioritize maintenance and reliability improvements based on data, cost, and business objectives.
• Lead preventive-predictive maintenance programs, including lubrication, vibration, thermography, shock-pulse, and motor current analysis.
• Implement MIQA best practices and document mechanical integrity work on PSM-critical equipment.
• Analyze OEE and equipment history, support RCFA and 5-Whys investigations, define KPIs, and optimize maintenance plans and spare-parts levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering field.
• More than 3 years of reliability-focused experience in a manufacturing plant or related industry.
• Knowledge of the Maintenance Work Management Process and its impact on MIQA.
• Knowledge of facilities engineering, maintenance, reliability, and functional excellence principles.
• Ability to solve equipment problems, learn new skills, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Good English communication skills are required for presentations and global meetings.
