Sportsbook Content Operator (iGaming)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid working model with remote work possible for up to 50% of working time

What you will do

• Select and upload leagues, events, and markets based on local interest and legislation.
• Configure templates and define margins across providers and streams under the Content Officer’s supervision.
• Benchmark competitor sportsbook content and adapt offers across different sites.
• Monitor online content availability, provider quote updates, and latency.
• Analyze player behavior, identify financial risks, and take appropriate action where legislation permits.
• Configure homepages and widgets, translate betting content, test websites, report bugs, and collaborate with local, international, and external teams.

Requirements

• Availability for department schedules covering 24/7 operations, including shifts until 2 AM.
• Good understanding of sports betting customers, competitors, mathematical logic, and statistical reasoning.
• Interest in competitive sports, player behavior, and the casino industry.
• Analytical, ethical, structured, thorough, autonomous, and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage stress, prioritize tasks, accept criticism, and maintain excellent spelling.
• English at B2 level or higher.
