What you will do

• Support linguist recruitment, profile vetting, testing, and selection for client projects.
• Assist Quality Managers with data extraction, cleanup, analysis, internal reports, and quality auditing tasks.
• Maintain glossaries and use hirify.global’s technology suite to support enterprise localization programs.
• Monitor linguist performance during trial periods and provide feedback to Quality Managers and linguists.
• Support administrative activities, including payment requests for freelancers.

Requirements

• Degree in Linguistics, Translation Studies, Language Studies, or a related field preferred.
• Understanding of translation, localization, or linguistic quality assurance.
• Familiarity with CAT tools and translation software.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Excellent spoken and written English required; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Strong computer and web skills, especially G Suite and Google Sheets, with excellent communication skills.
