What you will do
- Manage employee lifecycle changes, including personal and job changes, promotions, demotions, benefits, and absences.
- Maintain personnel documentation and employee files in line with labor legislation.
- Provide data support for standardized HR processes and reporting.
- Support employees and managers with HR queries and resolutions.
- Coordinate country-specific legal HR activities, including work permits and mandatory reporting.
- Ensure HR procedures, policies, SOPs, and transactions are properly followed and documented for audits.
Requirements
- Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn HR policies, procedures, systems, applications, and their dependencies.
- Fluency in French.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong communication skills.
