  • At least 2 years of experience in mission design or flight dynamics.
  • Knowledge of orbital mechanics and orbit determination theory.
  • Experience with STK, Astrogator, GMAT, Monte, Copernicus, or equivalent mission-analysis tools.
  • Python development, Git or equivalent version control, and Jira or equivalent project-management software.
  • Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one; U.S. citizenship is required for program requirements.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Monte Carlo numerical simulation experience.
  • Orbit determination analysis with ODTK, Orekit, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience managing teams or software projects and solving complex problems under time pressure.

Culture & Benefits

  • Employee stock ownership through company stock and an Employee Stock Purchase Program with a 15% discount.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, including HMO, PPO, and zero-cost HDHP options with HSA contributions.
  • Paid vacation, sick time, holidays, parental leave, disability and life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.
