Location: On-site in Seoul, South Korea. The role supports US Government work and requires working from an office. Travel of 25–75% within the country is required, depending on location and team.
Salary: $110,000–$170,000 per year, excluding potential bonuses, benefits, restricted stock units, and other incentives.

What you will do
- Meet customer analysts onsite to understand critical questions, workflows, and pain points.
- Identify relevant datasets and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate them into stable, extensible data pipelines.
- Build bespoke workflows for new user groups and deliver product demonstrations.
- Lead training sessions to support user adoption and measurable operational impact.
- Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
- Work with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into broader product offerings and scope new engagements.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret Clearance with eligibility and willingness to obtain SCI.
- Ability to solve open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
- Strong analytical mindset, product intuition, adaptability, and user empathy.
- Willingness to travel 25–75% within South Korea, depending on team needs.
- Programming, scripting, or statistical package experience such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL is a plus.
