Senior Product Design Specialist (Crypto)

What you will do

• Lead UX/UI design for crypto trading products across web and mobile platforms.
• Plan and conduct user interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
• Translate research findings into actionable design solutions and product recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to align user experience with business objectives.
• Support the full design loop from problem identification through solution delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, HCI, UX, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of UI/UX design or user research experience with end-to-end project involvement.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Proficiency in Figma, AI, and mainstream research and analytics tools.
• Strong product thinking and interaction design skills, with the ability to independently develop design solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with crypto or trading products.
• Experience in financial trading, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3.
• Growth design or AI-related design experience.
• A portfolio showing how research insights influenced design outcomes.
• Overseas study experience.
