What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design of the AI dashcam and video intelligence software.
• Create complex, data-heavy interfaces including live video reviews and fleet dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Research to shape the product vision.
• Champion and evolve the internal design system to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design culture and hiring process.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to drive user-centered design decisions.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of product design experience for shipped B2B or SaaS software, ideally in telematics or video domains.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design system workflows.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products and clear evidence of personal ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be based in Dubai.
• Strong UX judgment grounded in data and research.
