What you will do
- Own end-to-end product design initiatives for the Video Platform.
- Design complex data-heavy experiences such as live video review, safety timelines, and fleet dashboards.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to guide user-centered design decisions.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Research, and senior leadership throughout product development.
- Champion the adoption and evolution of the design system across products and platforms.
- Mentor designers, contribute to design critiques and hiring, and improve design practices, processes, and tooling.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of product design experience owning shipped software products end to end.
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped products and clearly identifying personally owned work.
- Strong knowledge of UI design, design systems, prototyping, interaction patterns, and responsive web applications.
- Expert command of Figma and strong UX judgment grounded in research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions using reasoning and data.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience; computer science, software engineering, electrical/electronics engineering, or a related specialization is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, telematics, video, or another data-rich domain.
