What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.
- Configure ServiceNow instances, including roles, access controls, data sources, and system properties.
- Build integrations with databases, web services, and third-party applications.
- Automate processes and improve functionality using JavaScript, Glide Record, and ACLs.
- Test, deploy, document, troubleshoot, and support ServiceNow solutions and instances.
- Contribute to continuous improvement using ServiceNow best practices and current platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- More than 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, JavaScript, Glide Record, ACLs, workflow design, and application development.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, web services, data sources, SQL, and database management systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer certification.
