Junior Sales Analyst

Location: Onsite in Tashkent, near Oybek Metro Station. Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour shifts, including an evening shift from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Citifuel provides fuel cards, fleet support, and maintenance services for the trucking industry.

What you will do

• Collect, clean, reconcile, and structure sales data from CRM and internal systems.
• Validate data accuracy and monitor CRM quality, including duplicate records, missing fields, incorrect tags, and incomplete deal histories.
• Build, maintain, and update sales performance, KPI, pipeline conversion, lead, opportunity, and loss reason reports.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for management and track individual and team performance.
• Analyze sales trends, conversion metrics, cohort data, lead source effectiveness, sales activation, and pipeline health.
• Identify anomalies and improvement opportunities, provide recommendations, and respond to ad hoc analytical requests from Sales Leadership.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.
• Basic analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to work with large datasets.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of Power BI.
