Sr QE for UAL (Java/RestAssured)

hirify.global is hiring for a quality engineering role supporting UAL-related software systems.

What you will do

• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for complex software systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using RestAssured and Java.
• Perform API and UI testing with REST Assured, Postman, ReadyAPI, and Selenium.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to support high-quality releases.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights.
• Improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies while supporting applicable compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation script development.
• Strong programming or scripting skills, preferably in Java.
• Experience with API testing tools, including REST Assured, Postman, or ReadyAPI.
• Strong knowledge of Selenium with Java.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in the airline domain.
