What you will do

• Pre-weigh production batches by following shop-floor instructions and process orders.
• Verify materials and quantities against production and quality standards.
• Backflush materials in SAP to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate sit-down forklifts and electric reach trucks as required.
• Maintain GMP, HACCP, sanitation, quality, and workplace safety standards.
• Handle drums and bags using proper lifting and material-handling techniques, work independently during off-shift hours, and participate in cross-training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based manufacturing environment and occasionally work weekends or alternative schedules.
• Ability to accurately weigh ingredients using floor scales, flow meters, and load cells.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and inventory control.
• Forklift or industrial truck certification, or ability to obtain certification.

Nice to have

• Experience in pre-weighing or batch-making operations.
• Hands-on SAP experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies.
