What you will do

• Deliver classroom and field training for sales staff and field agents.
• Develop training materials, concepts, and assessments with guidance from the Training Manager.
• Mentor and induct field-based staff while driving lesson completion and engagement in Litmos.
• Ensure adoption and effective use of technology-based work tools by field staff.
• Use data tools to improve learning performance and maintain training KPIs.
• Communicate policy and training updates, administer knowledge platforms, and collect feedback on new tools, products, and processes.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in training and coaching, preferably in sales or marketing.
• A degree in education or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to create a supportive learning environment and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, visualization tools, smartphones, and mobile applications.
• Diligent, accurate, reliable, flexible, and an excellent communicator.
• Willingness to travel frequently to remote areas in the region.
