What you will do

• Deliver classroom and field training for sales staff and field agents.
• Maintain training KPIs and achieve required learning targets.
• Design training assessments with guidance from the Training Manager.
• Drive adoption of technology-based work tools and improve learning performance through data tools.
• Administer knowledge platforms and drive engagement and lesson completion in Litmos.
• Communicate policy and training updates, collect feedback on new tools and products, and develop training materials and concepts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in training and coaching, preferably in sales or marketing.
• A degree in education or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to create a conducive learning environment and solve problems effectively.
• Accuracy, diligence, reliability, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and visualization tools.
• Comfort using smartphones and mobile applications.
• Flexibility to travel frequently to remote areas and work onsite in Yenagoa, Nigeria.
