What you will do

• Deliver classroom and field training for sales staff and field agents.
• Develop and improve training materials, concepts, and assessments with guidance from the Training Manager.
• Maintain training KPIs and achieve learning targets.
• Drive adoption of technology-based work tools and use data tools to improve learning performance.
• Administer knowledge platforms and drive engagement and lesson completion in Litmos.
• Induct, mentor, and collect feedback from field-based staff on new tools, products, and processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in training and coaching, preferably in sales or marketing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a diligent, accurate, and reliable approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, visualization tools, smartphones, and mobile applications.
• Ability to conceptualize and develop a conducive learning environment.
• Flexibility to travel frequently to remote areas.

Nice to have

• Degree in education or a related field.
