Regional Mentor, East Central (Nigeria)

Location: Onsite in Benin, Edo State, Nigeria; frequent travel to remote areas is required.

What you will do

• Deliver classroom and field training for sales staff and field agents.
• Design training assessments and develop learning materials and concepts with guidance from the Training Manager.
• Maintain training KPIs and achieve learning and training targets.
• Drive adoption of technology-based work tools and improve learning performance through data tools.
• Administer knowledge platforms and increase engagement and lesson completion in Litmos.
• Induct, mentor, and collect feedback from field-based staff on new tools, products, policies, and processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in training and coaching, preferably in sales or marketing.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, accuracy, diligence, and reliability.
• Ability to conceptualize and develop a conducive learning environment.
• Skills in Microsoft Office and other visualization tools.
• Comfort using smartphones and mobile applications.
• Flexibility to travel frequently to remote areas; territory knowledge is advantageous.
