Billing Operations Analyst

Location: Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus

What you will do

• Monitor customer balances and manage cash flow to support accurate and timely financial operations.
• Prepare, validate, and maintain billing data across gaming products and platforms.
• Generate, analyse, and present ad-hoc revenue reports and commercial KPIs.
• Support revenue forecasting, strategic decision-making, and financial audits.
• Develop internal controls and identify, investigate, and resolve revenue-related issues.
• Improve revenue processes and reporting accuracy across the Billing Unit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a global company.
• Strong Excel skills and experience handling large datasets.
• Analytical thinking, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective cross-functional communication and confident handling of confidential information.
• Confident written and verbal English communication is required.
