Billing Operations Analyst (iGaming)

Location: Onsite at the fully equipped office in Nicosia, Cyprus

What you will do

• Monitor customer balances and manage cash flow to support accurate and timely financial operations.
• Prepare, validate, and maintain billing data for customer calculations across gaming products and platforms.
• Generate, analyze, and present revenue reports and commercial KPIs for management decision-making.
• Support revenue forecasting, financial audits, and the development of internal revenue controls.
• Process customer requests and investigate and resolve revenue-related issues.
• Identify improvements to revenue processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a global company.
• Comfortable using Excel and working with large datasets and numbers.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience managing important company processes, meeting deadlines, working cross-functionally, and handling confidential information.
• Confident written and verbal English communication is required.
