Partner Aquisition & Activation Officer

hirify.global provides a technology platform connecting international students, recruitment partners, and educational institutions to simplify the study-abroad application process.

What you will do

• Promote hirify.global’s platform and services to potential recruitment partners.
• Identify, qualify, and recruit international student recruitment agents through cold calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Research local agents and agencies and build trusted partner relationships.
• Conduct partner onboarding sessions, platform training, and ongoing engagement.
• Manage leads, outreach activity, and pipeline reporting in Salesforce.
• Increase partner platform usage and student applications through training and continuous support.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or a similar role.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills for presenting the platform’s value proposition and training partners.
• Strong relationship-building, organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Competitive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and maintain integrity in partner relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience with educational consultants or postsecondary institutions.
