What you will do
- Create, maintain, and distribute sales performance reports and dashboards covering sales cycles, conversion rates, bookings, churn, and retention.
- Conduct recurring and ad-hoc analyses of sales performance across individuals, teams, and segments, including root-cause and variance analysis.
- Monitor CRM and business-system data quality, standardize KPI definitions, and establish a reliable single source of truth.
- Support data consolidation and transformation from multiple sources for unified analysis and modeling.
- Analyze pipeline health, stage-to-stage conversion, activity effectiveness, and forecast risks, providing weekly analytics with variance commentary.
- Prepare executive presentations and respond to high-priority analytical requests within a 48-hour turnaround.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical role such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Sales Analyst, preferably in a B2B sales organization.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience building dynamic dashboards and reports with AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Foundational knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling principles.
- Strong working knowledge of a major CRM platform such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, including data extraction.
- Hands-on experience extracting, modeling, and analyzing data from a Revenue Intelligence platform such as Gong, Chorus, or Clari.
