Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia; hybrid workplace

hirify.global is a fast-growing Indonesian fintech startup making stock trading more accessible through mobile-first financial products.

What you will do

• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces and experiences for mobile and web applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs from concept through implementation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to define requirements, user flows, product strategy, and roadmap contributions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, then iterate designs using feedback and data analysis.
• Track industry trends and apply current user interface and user experience best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, preferably in a technology startup.
• Portfolio demonstrating the design process, user-centered thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and visual design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Experience designing financial or investment-related products.
• Proficiency with InVision or Marvel.
• Experience with design systems and component-based design.
• Interest in financial technology and market trends.
