Category Lead - Fashion

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Identify and onboard high-potential fashion sellers, brands, and stores across the CEE region.
• Lead negotiations on commercial and payment terms with vendors.
• Manage onboarding and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness.
• Lead marketing and campaign initiatives with category and marketing teams.
• Monitor and optimize revenue, stock levels, P&L, and other category KPIs.
• Build automated reporting and follow-up processes while maintaining strong account relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Business, or a related field.
• Extensive business development or sales experience focused on Fashion and Beauty, preferably in e-commerce or a technology company.
• Strong market research and analytical skills for identifying and evaluating fashion vendors.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating vendor contracts, terms, and pricing.
• Fluency in English and Romanian is required.
• Passion for fashion with a strategic and analytical approach to business performance.
