Compliance Analyst (Enhanced Due Diligence) - 12months contract

What you will do

• Complete enhanced due diligence reviews for high-risk customers.
• Assess high-risk customer transaction activity against the nature and profile of the business.
• Conduct risk assessments for new and existing customers and manage escalations from business units.
• Lead projects that enhance EDD processes and remain current with FATF and local requirements.
• Provide AML/CFT expertise and draft policies, procedures, guidance, training materials, and impact assessments.
• Train other employees on relevant compliance requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of EDD experience.
• ACAMS, ACFCS, or another leading industry certification.
• Knowledge and practical experience with global CDD/EDD requirements.
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT and sanctions risks.
• Knowledge of global licensing requirements for financial services and crypto-related activities.
• Experience with complex beneficial ownership structures, plus strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, logical-thinking, and writing skills.
