2027 Internship - Quantitative Trading (Fintech)

What you will do

• Work alongside senior quantitative traders on hands-on trading and market-making projects.
• Design, operate, and improve high-performance algorithmic trading strategies for electronic trading venues.
• Solve real-world trading problems as they occur in the markets.
• Contribute to projects across foreign exchange, fixed income, options, ETFs, energy, and other trading desks.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers, traders, and software engineers.

Requirements

• Be a rising junior or be expected to be ready for full-time employment between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Strong academic background; all majors are welcome.
• Outstanding quantitative problem-solving skills and mathematical aptitude.
• Some programming experience is required; Python, SQL, Java, or C++ experience is beneficial.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute effectively within a team.
• Highly motivated, tenacious, and capable of identifying issues and creating solutions without rigid direction.
