Content Creator (Robotics)

What you will do

• Produce daily content for LinkedIn and Instagram, including posts, carousels, stories, and reels.
• Build and manage the founder’s LinkedIn personal brand through ghostwriting, content repurposing, and audience growth.
• Transform Robo Radio episodes, client work, design processes, studio life, and industry perspectives into social content.
• Identify and apply current formats, audio, hooks, and conversations in robotics, technology, and design.
• Shoot and edit phone-first video and photography while maintaining a polished visual standard.
• Own the content calendar, publishing cadence, community management, performance tracking, and iteration.

Requirements

• Experience growing an account or managing social media for a brand, with demonstrable results.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram algorithms, formats, and audience behavior.
• Strong visual judgment and the ability to maintain an on-brand, high-quality appearance.
• Fast, prolific execution style and willingness to iterate based on results.
• Strong writing skills, including hooks, captions, and social copy.
• Comfort appearing on camera and working behind it.
