Software Engineer Mobile SDK (iOS and Android)

What you will do

• Own initiatives as a subject matter expert on the mobile SDK team.
• Architect, design, develop, deploy, operate, document, and support scalable full-stack software systems.
• Design and deliver backend services with high availability, low latency, and autoscaling.
• Translate product and business goals into technical design documents and make architectural trade-off decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, designers, and POS terminal vendor partners on integration projects.
• Drive engineering practices, architecture, technical strategy, and knowledge sharing across the developer community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• 4+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years of mobile development.
• At least 2 years of experience with Swift or Kotlin for iOS or Android development.
• Expertise in iOS and/or Android operating systems and frameworks, with willingness to contribute to the other platform.
• Experience developing SDKs and implementing mobile design principles with a deep understanding of the mobile lifecycle.
• Experience with Git, Docker, CI, 12-factor practices, and software engineering best practices.
